Artilora Affiliate Commission Policy

1. Introduction

This Commission Policy (“Policy”) outlines the commission structure, payment terms, and related policies for the Artilora Affiliate Program. This Policy is part of and incorporated into the Artilora Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.

By participating in the Artilora Affiliate Program, you agree to this Commission Policy. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.

2. Commission Structure

2.1 Commission Rates by Program Type

Affiliate Program

Commission Rate: 25% or 30% of qualifying sales (30% for affiliates with audience size of 1,000 or more)
Commission Type: One-time commission per sale
Auto-Approval: Applications are automatically approved upon completion

Influencer Program

Commission Rate: 30-40% of qualifying sales (varies based on agreement)
Commission Type: Recurring commission for subscription sales
Review Required: Applications require manual review and approval

Ambassador Program

Commission Rate: 40-50% of qualifying sales (varies based on agreement)
Commission Type: Recurring commission for subscription sales
Invite-Only: Applications are by invitation only

2.2 Commission Calculation

Commissions are calculated based on:

Net Sales: Total sales amount minus refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks
Qualifying Period: Sales must be completed within 30 days of the initial referral click
Eligible Products: Commissions apply to all Artilora products and services unless otherwise specified

3. Qualifying Sales

3.1 Requirements

A sale qualifies for commission if:

The customer clicks through your unique referral link or uses your promotional code
The sale is completed within the tracking period (30 days from click)
The payment is successfully processed
The sale is not refunded, cancelled, or charged back
The customer is not using another affiliate’s link or code

3.2 Exclusions

The following sales do NOT qualify for commission:

Sales to yourself or your own accounts
Sales resulting from fraudulent or illegal activities
Sales that are refunded or cancelled
Sales made through self-referral or manipulation of the tracking system
Sales to customers who were already Artilora users before clicking your link

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Schedule

Payment Frequency: Monthly
Payment Period: Commissions earned in one month are paid in the following month
Payment Date: Payments are processed within 30 days of the end of each month
Example: Commissions earned in January are paid by the end of February

4.2 Minimum Payout

Minimum Threshold: $50 USD (or equivalent in your local currency)
Accumulation: Commissions below the minimum threshold will accumulate until the threshold is reached
Currency: Payments are made in USD unless otherwise agreed

4.3 Payment Methods

We support the following payment methods:

Bank transfer (wire transfer)
Stripe
Other methods as mutually agreed

You are responsible for any fees associated with receiving payments (e.g., bank fees, Stripe fees).

5. Commission Adjustments

5.1 Refunds and Cancellations

If a customer receives a refund or cancels their purchase, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your account
If the refund amount exceeds your current balance, the negative balance will be carried forward to future payments

5.2 Chargebacks

If a customer disputes a charge (chargeback), the corresponding commission will be deducted from your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if chargeback rates are excessive

5.3 Rate Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust commission rates:

For promotional periods or special campaigns
Based on your performance and compliance with program terms
With 30 days’ notice for existing affiliates

6. Reporting and Tracking

6.1 Affiliate Dashboard

You can track your commissions, clicks, and conversions through the affiliate dashboard
Reports are updated in real-time
Historical data is available for the past 12 months

6.2 Tracking Accuracy

We use industry-standard tracking technology
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% tracking accuracy
Discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of the sale date

7. Tax Obligations

7.1 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all taxes related to your commission earnings
Commission payments are made gross (before taxes)
You must comply with all applicable tax laws in your jurisdiction

7.2 Tax Information

We may request tax information (e.g., W-9, W-8) depending on your location
Failure to provide required tax information may result in delayed or withheld payments
We may be required to withhold taxes in certain jurisdictions

8. Disputes and Inquiries

8.1 Commission Disputes

If you believe a commission is missing or incorrect, contact us within 30 days
We will investigate and respond within 14 business days
Our decision on commission disputes is final

9. Policy Changes

9.1 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time
Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance
Your continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance

9.2 Grandfathering

Existing affiliates may be grandfathered into previous commission rates for a specified period
Grandfathering terms will be communicated individually if applicable
