1. Credits
1.1 How do credits work?
Agent-Based Content Generation
When you make a request, credits are used for both understanding your need and crafting the final output. The number of credits depends on:
- Tool / model chosen – each offers unique capabilities at different credit levels.
- Task complexity – the more detailed the request, the more credits required.
Canvas Generator Usage
Credits are consumed according to your generation settings:
- Image size & quality you select.
- Style and level of detail desired.
- Advanced parameters you enable.
The more sophisticated your settings, the more credits will be required.
Expected Usage within limit
Expected usage for most users — may vary depending on your specific use case.

1.2 How to get more credits?
Free Credits
- New User Registration: 50 credits (never expire) upon account creation.
- Daily Free Credits: 50 credits refresh daily (expire at end of day in UTC).
- Welcome Card Completion: 50 credits (never expire) when you complete the onboarding welcome card.

Pro User Benefit: Pro plan subscribers enjoy 10% off on all top-up purchases.
Invite Rewards Invite friends to join Artilora and earn credits:
- First Purchase Reward: When someone you invited makes their first purchase, you receive 2,000 credits (never expire).
- First Project Reward: When someone you invited creates their first project, you receive 200 credits (never expire).
1.3 Will credits expire?
Subscription Plan Credits
Credits from your monthly or yearly subscription are valid for the duration of your current billing cycle and will automatically reset on your next billing date. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
Annual Plan Credits
For yearly subscriptions, credits are distributed monthly. Each month's credits are valid only within that month's cycle and will automatically reset at the start of the next monthly cycle. Unused credits from the previous month will not carry over.
Top-up Credits
These credits never expire and will remain in your account until used.
Daily Free Credits
Daily free credits expire at the end of each day (UTC timezone). Make sure to use them before the day ends!
Other Free Credits
New user registration credits (50) and welcome card completion credits (50), as well as all invite rewards, never expire and will remain in your account until used.
1.4 Commercial License
Members may use Artilora-generated content for commercial purposes subject to the original model license and platform TOS.
Commercial rights exclude redistributing / reselling the model itself or using it to build competing services.
2. Frequently Asked Questions
2.1 How can I monitor my remaining credits?
Remaining credits are always visible next to your avatar in the navigation bar. Click the number to open a detailed popover showing:
- Your current balance
- Subscription credits (if any)
- Permanent credits (top-ups, rewards, etc.)
- Daily free credits
- Usage details link
For full usage records and transaction history, visit My Credits page in your account.
2.2 How to change or cancel your subscription plan
Upgrading: Start → Basic → Pro
- Hover over your profile avatar and choose Upgrade.
- Select your desired plan and billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
- If you switch to a different plan, any unused credits from your current plan will be automatically applied to the new subscription, and all credit expiration dates will be recalculated based on the new plan's validity period.
Upgrading: Monthly → Annual
- Click the desired annual plan; it will start immediately after you confirm.
- Annual plans offer better value with credits distributed monthly over 12 months.
Canceling
- Go to Account → Manage Subscription.
- Click Cancel on the active plan and confirm.
- Your subscription will remain active until the current billing cycle ends.
2.3 What happens if I run out of credits?
If you run out of credits, you can:
- Wait for daily refresh: Get 50 free credits every day (see section 1.2 for details).
- Upgrade your plan: Get more monthly credits with a higher tier subscription.
- Purchase top-ups: Buy additional credits ($10, $20, $30, or $50 packages) that never expire.
- Invite friends: Earn credits when your invites create projects or make purchases (see section 1.2 for reward details).
2.5 How does unlimited use work?
For most users, you can use the service as much as you like within your credit balance. However, we have an anti-cheating system in place to prevent abuse or malicious activity in extreme cases.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Monthly & Annual Subscription Orders
- Within 7 days of purchase
If no credits from the current membership package have been consumed, you are eligible for a full refund. If any credits have been consumed, refunds are not available. - After 7 days of purchase
Refunds are not available.
Note: No refunds for subscriptions with referral rewards.
3.2 Top-up Orders
Top-up purchases are non-refundable as credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment.
3.3 Refund Processing Time
- We will reply to refund requests within 24 hours on business days.
- After both parties have reached an agreement on the refund plan, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
We may occasionally offer special benefits for certain members (such as free or unlimited model usage). If you request a refund, it will be considered a withdrawal from the activity benefits. In this case, we will recalculate the fees based on your actual usage and compute any refundable amount accordingly. The actual consumption of computing resources shall be determined according to the backend system data.
