Origin Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Artilora Origin Program (the “Program”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Program offered by ARTILORA PTE. LTD. (“Artilora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), with its registered address at 6 RAFFLES QUAY #14-02 Singapore 048580.

By participating in the Program, you (“Participant”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not participate in the Program.

2. Program Overview

The Origin Program is a special program offered by Artilora to the first 100 participants. Participants pay for 24 months of Pro membership upfront, get 6 months free, and after participating in co-building activities, they will receive lifetime free membership.

2.1 Program Benefits

24-Month Pro Membership: Pay for 24 months upfront and receive 6 months free (30 months total)
Lifetime Free Membership: After completing co-building activities and passing review, participants receive lifetime free access to all Pro plan features
Early Access: Be among the first to experience new features and provide feedback

3. Eligibility

3.1 Requirements

To participate in the Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Have a valid Artilora account
Pay for 24 months of Pro membership upfront
Complete co-building activities as specified
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not be located in a jurisdiction where participation is prohibited

3.2 Limited Availability

The Program is limited to the first 100 participants. Once the limit is reached, new participants will be placed on a waitlist.

4. Payment and Membership

4.1 Payment Terms

Participants must pay for 24 months of Pro membership upfront
Payment is non-refundable once processed
Participants receive 6 months free (30 months total Pro membership)
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners

4.2 Membership Activation

Pro membership is activated immediately upon successful payment
Lifetime membership is activated after completing co-building activities and passing review
Lifetime membership includes permanent free access to all Pro plan features

5. Co-building Activities

5.1 Participation Requirements

To unlock lifetime membership, participants must complete any 2 of the following 3 co-building activities:

Share with Friends: Invite 2 paying users or 8 registered users
Create & Share: Publish 1 piece of public content on social media (video or article)
Feedback & Ideas: Provide 5+ product feedback items, participate in 1 user interview, or share 1 real use case

5.2 Review Process

All submissions will be reviewed within 3-5 business days
Submissions must meet quality standards
Participants will receive notification via email upon approval
If submissions do not meet requirements, participants will be notified and may resubmit

5.3 Incomplete Participation

If a participant does not complete the required co-building activities:

The spot will not be released
The participant will receive an additional 6 months of Pro membership
The participant will be invited to join the Affiliate Program as an influencer, enjoying 40% recurring commission

6. Lifetime Membership Benefits

6.1 Included Features

Lifetime members receive permanent free access to:

12,000 credits per month
Full commercial usage rights
Highest priority speed
All Pro plan features and future updates

6.2 Terms of Lifetime Membership

Lifetime membership is non-transferable
Lifetime membership is tied to the participant’s account
Lifetime membership cannot be revoked except in cases of Terms violation
Lifetime members are subject to the same Terms of Service as all users

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Create fake accounts or engage in fraudulent activities
Misrepresent Artilora’s products or services
Violate any intellectual property rights
Engage in any activity that could harm Artilora’s reputation
Share your account with others
Use automated tools to complete co-building activities

8. Termination

8.1 Termination by Artilora

Artilora may terminate your participation in the Program or revoke your lifetime membership if:

You violate these Terms
You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
You violate Artilora’s Terms of Service
You engage in activities that harm Artilora’s reputation

8.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your lifetime membership will be revoked
You will retain access to the Pro membership you paid for (up to 30 months)
You will not be eligible for refunds

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Artilora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Artilora’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant
Artilora does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Changes to Terms

Artilora reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to participants via email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
