Learn how to manage your Artilora account, including login, registration, settings, and profile management.
Creating an Account
Sign Up
- Visit the Artilora homepage
- Click "Sign Up" or "Get Started"
- Choose your registration method:
- Email: Enter your email and create a password
- Google OAuth: Sign in with your Google account
- Complete email verification (if required)
- You'll receive 50 welcome credits upon registration
Account Verification
- Check your email for a verification link
- Click the link to verify your account
- If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or request a new verification email
Logging In
Standard Login
- Go to the Artilora login page
- Enter your email and password
- Click "Sign In"
- If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" to reset it
OAuth Login
- Google: Click "Sign in with Google" and authorize Artilora
- Your account will be automatically created if it doesn't exist
Login Issues
If you're having trouble logging in:
- Verify your email address is correct
- Check that your password is correct (case-sensitive)
- Try resetting your password
- Clear your browser cookies and cache
- Contact support if the issue persists
Account Settings
Profile Information
- Update Email: Change your registered email address
- Change Password: Update your account password
- Profile Picture: Upload or change your profile image
- Display Name: Set how your name appears in the platform
Preferences
- Language: Choose your preferred language (English, Chinese, Japanese, French, Italian)
- Theme: Switch between light and dark mode
- Notifications: Manage email and in-app notifications
Privacy Settings
- Data Export: Request a copy of your account data
- Account Deletion: Permanently delete your account and all associated data
Credits Management
Viewing Credits
- Your credit balance is displayed in the top navigation bar
- Click on your credits to view detailed transaction history
- See how many credits you've earned, spent, and have remaining
Earning Credits
- Welcome Bonus: 50 credits upon registration
- Daily Free Credits: 50 credits refreshed every day
- Welcome Card Completion: 50 credits for completing your profile
- Referral Program: Earn credits by inviting friends (see Affiliate Program)
Credit Usage
- Image Generation: 8-60 credits per image (depending on model and resolution)
- Video Generation: 400-1000 credits per video
- Image Editing: Similar to image generation costs
- BOM Generation: Varies based on complexity
Security
Password Security
- Use a strong, unique password
- Don't share your password with anyone
- Change your password regularly
- Enable two-factor authentication if available
Account Security
- Log out from shared devices
- Review active sessions regularly
- Report suspicious activity immediately
- Keep your email account secure
Troubleshooting
Can't Log In
- Forgot Password: Use the password reset feature
- Account Locked: Contact support to unlock your account
- Email Not Verified: Check your email for verification link
Account Issues
- Email Not Updating: Ensure the new email is not already in use
- Password Not Changing: Check password requirements (minimum length, complexity)
